This complete BMW E28 S38B35 3.5 liter naturally aspirated inline six petrol engine assembly was removed from a 1988 BMW E28 M5 and had 126,000 km at the time of removal. The engine includes the air box, MAF, DME, wiring harness and manifolds. The S38B35 produces a factory output of 232 kW (315 HP) and 360 Nm of torque.

Compression testing recorded 190 psi on cylinders 1, 2, 3 and 6, and 185 psi on cylinders 4 and 5.

This complete BMW E28 S38B35 engine assembly is suitable for E28 M5 applications using an S38B35 conversion or replacement setup.
